I am a trusted and highly skilled leadership coach and human resources consultant with a passion for promoting humanity and respect in the workplace.
My vision for success is leaving companies better than I found them, with engaged and satisfied employees led by executives and HR professionals who demonstrate compassion, balance, and fairness.
My mission for Kate Duffy Consulting is to guide leaders through defining themselves and building their company’s culture, policies, and procedures. I provide education, coaching, and support to ensure a safe, healthy, and legally sound work environment.
My experience includes fifteen years of building Human Resources functions for companies where none existed prior, typically for small businesses experiencing growth or changes in leadership. I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership from the Drucker School of Business at CGU, a Human Resources Management certificate from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Producing from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU.
